Return Policy

We want you to love your Driftwood pieces as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • With tags attached

Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

  • Full name
  • Reason for return

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with:

  • Your Order #
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Photo documentation must be included during your initial contact so we can properly evaluate the issue. Claims submitted without photos may be denied due to lack of documentation.

Once reviewed, we’ll work quickly to make things right.

Exchanges

The best way to exchange an item is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
